Late In The 1940's A Federal Form 

Took Hold And Demanded The Surrender 

Of All Lands (Back To 1807) 

Which Means Spanish And French Agreements Were Void. 

Half Of The U.S. States Were Included. 

There Have Been Many Actions To Reclaim Texas

Calling It Tejas And These Claims 

Were Settled In The 1950's. 

The Courts Were Filled With Unfounded Cases. 

Most Developed From Fraudulent, 

Made Up Documents. 

No Real Public History Has Been Kept.

In The 1840's And 50's, There Was A Movement 

To Become An U.S. State.
